Lifelong LDL burden. Adult telemedicine specialist care.
Board certified in Clinical Lipidology & Obesity Medicine · Licensed in all 50 states & DC
FH is a genetic high-LDL state from birth. Heterozygous FH is common enough to miss in ordinary primary care. Homozygous FH is rare and needs aggressive, specialist-level LDL lowering.
Confirm the phenotype, cascade first-degree relatives, and treat ApoB/LDL hard. Adult telehealth only — we do not offer pediatric FH care.
High-intensity statin, ezetimibe, PCSK9 monoclonal antibodies, Leqvio (inclisiran), Lipfendra (enlicitide, indicated including HeFH). Medication cost is not in membership.
Leqvio's US label includes HeFH and HoFH down to age 12. This clinic is adult telemedicine. Pediatric indication is label context, not an offer of pediatric care.
Most adults with HeFH still start here. Intolerance is handled on the statin-intolerance pathway, not by abandoning the ApoB target.
Monoclonal antibody or inclisiran siRNA when LDL/ApoB remains far from target. Dosing and access are worked through your pharmacy.
FDA-approved 16 July 2026 for LDL-C in adults, including heterozygous FH. Adjunct to diet and exercise. Prescribed when indicated.
Medication cost is not included in membership. No compounded medications. Eligibility is confirmed at signup.
