Cholesterol Doctors provides adult telemedicine lipidology and related metabolic care on a membership basis. Enrollment is through SigmaMD. A membership is not an insurance policy and is not a pharmacy.
This is a direct-pay practice. We do not bill commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. You may submit itemized receipts to an HSA or FSA at your own administrator's rules.
Care is limited to adults in jurisdictions where Dr. Winiarski is licensed to practice. Licensed-state coverage is confirmed at signup. This site does not list states.
Prescriptions, when indicated, are sent to a licensed pharmacy you choose. Membership does not include the cost of medication. We do not prescribe compounded medications.
This is not an emergency service. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, or other emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Website content is education, not a physician-patient relationship. That relationship starts only after enrollment and a clinical visit.
