The public website collects only what you send (email, form fields, scheduling). Clinical records, labs, and prescribing live in SigmaMD, the electronic health record used for enrollment and visits. We do not sell patient lists.
Protected health information is handled under applicable US privacy law for this practice. SigmaMD is the system of record for clinical data. Do not email sensitive health information to the public admin address if a patient portal message is available.
Membership is direct-pay. We do not bill insurance. Card processing for membership is handled by SigmaMD and its processors. Pharmacy charges for medication are between you and the pharmacy you choose.
The marketing site may use standard hosting logs. We do not run a third-party ad pixel on these pages as of this date.
